About the project
".obj" is a series of animated still lifes that revolve around decontextualization of everyday objects, shifting their physicality and creating collage-like worlds where shapes, materials and colors dominate former functions.
In this way a virtual space is created where objects and materials are allowed to exist without a defined purpose, in contrast to the utilitarian mindset of modern capitalistic society.
